Minnesota Litigator

Seth Leventhal, a Minnesota trial lawyer since 1996, left the partnership of Dorsey & Whitney, LLP (Minneapolis, Minnesota) and large law firm life in 2009. Leventhal graduated Magna cum Laude from Carleton College (Northfield, Minnesota) in 1984. He graduated from the University of Michigan Law School (Ann Arbor, Michigan) in 1995, where he was on the Michigan Law Review. After clerking at the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit (for Judge Cornelia G. Kennedy), he began his career in civil litigation in Minneapolis. As of 2015, Leventhal has appeared as counsel of record in over 180 cases in Minnesota state and federal courts. He is a Minnesota State Bar Association Board Certified Civil Trial Law Specialist.
